We had broken up the 'fight'-- a 10 second accord with no thrown punches-- on our own and had split up. I returned to my car and a couple minutes later was surrounded by 5 cop cars. An officer knoced on my window, and rolling it down a crack, I asked him three times "What's the problem, officer?" before I realized I was being ordered out. I was immediately thrown against my hood and taken to jail. 2 cops then stormed the McDonald's and arrested my 2 friends. One got off scot-free, the other got taken to jail and got housed with a convicted murderer for 20 hours. Fun times, fun times. I can relate to your situation very well man.
